Sad and Tragic!

Can't say that I enjoyed this. Though I found it interesting and informative. It was difficult to read about such iconic and talented
people and the toll that their extravagant and indulgent lifestyles took on not
only their lives but their talent. It is also sad to understand that Zelda was presumably
schizophrenic and possibly bipolar at a time before these issues were distinguished
throughout the medical field.
It left me feeling very sad for them and for what could have been possible for them
and future generations of readers.

Zelda, a silly woman, essentially

I lost interest before midway and stopped reading. Zelda is not interesting enough a woman, even though she is married to FS Fitzgerald. She is in fact as silly as she's portrayed and tiresome to read about. I used to be interested in the period. But now that I have aged, the Jazz Age and its denizens fail to hold my attention. Zelda especially, I'm afraid. This is not, I need to emphasize, not because of the writing. It's just a subject that fails to interest me, even though once upon a time, it might have.

Very interesting biography

This is a very interesting biography of Zelda Fitzgerald, and it gives insights into Scott Fitzgerald's mind and work too. The Kindle edition has come spacing problems--passages that would be set apart in a book are not in the electronic edition, so that can cause some reading issues at times. But, it's okay. The book is extremely well researched and readable.
