Solutions Manual for Calc 2 students and above (skips first 10 chapters of text)

I don't understand why this is called "Student Solutions Manual" when it doesn't include what every other "solutions manual" contains for any other math book: namely, ALL the chapters, and ALL the problems.
First of all, why didn't they name this book "Second Half Odds Only"? It literally starts AFTER the chapter on differential equations! Which means this is a solutions manual for students taking Calc 2 or higher. It is useless for Calc 1 students!
Here's a list of chapter topics that AREN'T included (chapters 1 through 10): 1. Functions 2. Limits 3. Derivatives 4. Applications of Differentiation 5. Integrals 6. Applications of Integration 7. Inverse Functions 8. Techniques of Integration 9. Further applications of Integration 10. Differential Equations.
Secondly, they only include solutions to odd-numbered problems (which already have answers in the back of the textbook).
Very bizarre concept for a book.
